Admissions & Enrollment Process
The LTM Theological Academy welcomes students who have a calling for ministry, a passion for biblical studies, and a desire to deepen their understanding of God’s Word. Our admission process is designed to identify individuals who are committed to personal and spiritual growth and who aspire to impact the world through Christian leadership.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the Diploma in Theological Studies, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic & Spiritual Requirements
i) Minimum of a High School Certificate (or equivalent)
ii) A strong personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ
iii) A letter of recommendation from a church leader, pastor, or spiritual mentor
iv) A commitment to the doctrinal beliefs of LTM Theological Academy
Age & Experience
i) Must be at least 18 years old
ii) Prior experience in Christian ministry, evangelism, or church work is an advantage but not required
English Proficiency
i) Courses are delivered in English; applicants should have a basic understanding of written and spoken English
ii) Applicants who are non-native English speakers may be required to take an assessment
Admission Process
Step 1: Complete an Online Application Form

Submit all required documents (see below)
Step 2: Submit Supporting Documents
Personal Statement (300-500 words): Describe your faith journey, ministry calling, and why you want to study at LTM Theological Academy
Letter of Recommendation: From a church leader or mentor
Proof of Education: Copy of your highest academic certificate
Step 3: Interview with the Admissions Team
Short virtual or in-person interview with the Admissions Team
Discussion about your spiritual goals, commitment to ministry, and expectations
Step 4: Receive Admission Offer
If successful, you will receive an official admission letter
Detailed information on course schedules, materials, and orientation
Step 5: Payment of Tuition Fees & Enrollment Confirmation
Pay the required tuition deposit to confirm your place
Attend the Student Orientation Program before classes begin
